Capgemini acquires Knowledge Expert

Geneva based Knowledge Expert (KE) is a group of expert digital transformation teams and one of the most successful partners of Pega Systems, the leading low-code platform for AI-powered decision making and workflow automation. KE’s success is largely based on their unique agile role-based organisation.

For some time, the founders of KE have been contemplating options that would allow them to expand and leverage their capabilities to a broader market. In close collaboration with Guillaume Beauverd, Managing Partner of mas, who has been a close companion of KE for many years, different strategic options have been elaborated and evaluated, leading to the selling of KE to Capgemini. mas has structured the deal, led the due diligence, and supported the owners in the negotiations.

Paris, September 8, 2022 – Capgemini announced today that it has acquired Knowledge Expert SA, a digital transformation service provider specialising in Pega technologies. The acquisition will enhance Capgemini’s capabilities in its digital customer experience offerings across Europe.

Headquartered in Geneva, Knowledge Expert (KE)’s team is located mainly in Europe. As a registered Pega Service Partner, KE experts use this low-code scalable architecture to help their clients transform their digital strategies into market realities and disassemble the complexities of their biggest business challenges. KE’s client base spans industries such as Insurance, Finance, Pharma, Consumer Goods, Energy and Telecommunications across Europe.
