Antoine Verdon

Biography

Antoine is an Associated Partner of mas who spent most of his career as an entrepreneur building up companies in the digital space. This experience allowed him to gather a broad palette of skills and experiences covering areas including banking, venture capital, corporate law, management and communication.

In 2008, Antoine co-founded Sandbox, one of the world’s largest communities for entrepreneurs under the age of 30, which allowed him to gain access to a broad network of insiders and movers in key innovation hubs across Europe, Asia, the US and Africa. Between 2013 and 2015, he developed and led one of the first venture capital vehicles in Switzerland focusing exclusively on financial technology, which led him to work as an advisor to the management and boards of several Swiss banks on topics related to fintech and blockchain.

Aged 20, he became the youngest-ever member of parliament for his hometown, Lausanne. In 2005, he co-authored a book on global challenges in collaboration with several leaders, including HRH The Prince of Wales. In 2010 and 2013, he was listed by Swiss magazines L’Hebdo and Bilan as one of their top 100 leading figures in Switzerland.

Antoine is a Swiss citizen. He speaks English, German and French.
