Guillaume is a managing partner of mas. He has been an independent consultant in digital transformation and a process management advocate to the financial industry for the past 20 years. Early on, at age 19, he co-developed a web-based reporting portal for independent asset managers (i.e. in 1999). Since then, for his banking clients, he has led numerous process management and optimisation projects, created and rolled-out internal controls and risk management frameworks, and, has developed or helped develop several software tools to facilitate access and management of such processes and data.
Within mas, he most recently has been helping boards and CEOs of Banks and FinTechs fathom the complexity of the ecosystem their institutions are part of and developed tactics and strategies to best position themselves.
His customers include major private banks, cantonal banks, asset managers and digital asset players in Switzerland and abroad.
Guillaume graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a degree in Technology Management and wrote his Masters Thesis on the benefits of Business Process Management within the Private Banking Industry in 2006. While in St.Gallen he was a member of the Organising Committee of the St.Gallen Symposium. He then acted as the President of the HSG Alumni network in Western Switzerland until 2016.
He was named by Swiss magazine l’Hebdo among top 100 Swiss personalities (2011) and by Swiss magazine Bilanz among 100 most successful swiss under 40 years old (2015).
Guillaume is a Swiss citizen, a former water-ski and snowboard Swiss champion, an avid golfer and a father of 3.
