Reto Höhn

Reto Höhn is an associated partner of mas and co-founding partner of Panoff Consulting GmbH, which Reto and two colleagues founded in 2015, specializing in the analysis and design of business models as well as the management of business and IT transformation. In 2019 Service Automation was added to the product range as a further focus.

Reto has 20 years of leadership experience in IT organizations and projects. During his career he has implemented several sourcing and post-merger projects. He is also focused on service automation, IT strategy, IT management, business engineering, process management and change management.

For 10 years Reto worked as CIO in the financial industry for a successful Swiss private bank. During that time, he was responsible for the implementation of several merger and outsourcing projects. After joining the bank, Reto gained 9 years of experience in the automotive industry, where he was responsible for the management of the IT department as well as for the automation of internal processes.

Reto holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the HSR in Rapperswil and a Master in General Management from HTW Chur.

Reto is a Swiss citizen and speaks German and English.
